If there are no rooms available for your desired holiday dates, please get in contact with us. We will try our best to find a suitable alternative for you.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In: 4pm until 8pm
Check-Out: 7am until 10am

Luggage storage and changing room facilities are available for early arrivals and late departures.
If you plan to arrive before 4pm or later than 8pm please let us know in advance so that we can guarantee a smooth arrival for you.

Please note that check-in takes place at Landhaus Albert Murr!

Early Check-in

Your apartment will be ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival. In the event that your booked apartment is vacant and ready earlier, we will of course allow you to check-in immediately. If your apartment is not yet ready when you arrive, then you are welcome to store your luggage with us and then head straight to the slopes or start exploring the town.

Late Check-out

We ask that all guests check-out of their apartment before 10am on the day of the departure. After check-out, guests are welcome to store their luggage with us and access our changing facilities. In the event that your apartment is available on your departure day then of course you are welcome to use the apartment later than 10am. This is only possible when the apartment is not needed the following day so please check with reception if you would be interested in the service.

All prices are per apartment, per night in euros (€) including VAT and the final cleaning. The price does not include the local tax of €3 per person, per day. The apartment rates do not include meals.

Deposit & Reservation

If you would like to make a reservation with us by email or telephone, then we would require a 50% deposit to be made by bank transfer or to be deposited from your debit/credit card to secure your booking. We ask that the remaining amount is paid at reception no later than the evening before your departure.

We accept cash, debit and credit card payments from Visa, Maestro & Mastercard.

Cancellation Policy

The general terms and conditions of the hotel industry apply. Cancellations are only possible in writing. Please note that if you cancel the booking, cancellation fees will be incurred, please see below.

In the event of late arrival and/or early departure, 100% of the booking will be charged. Please note, a €25 administration fee is charged for all cancellations.

Travel Insurance

Even in paradise the unexpected can still happen. Making a holiday booking with us enters you into a sales contract and in the event of cancellation, late arrival or early departure, cancellation fees will apply. We therefore recommend that you take out travel insurance for your protection.

Dogs Are Welcome

There is no need for your dog to miss out on the family fun as dogs are welcome at the Murrmel Apartments. If you would like your dog to join you on your holiday, please inform us when making your reservation. There is an additional cost of € 18.00 per dog, per day (food not included). Please note, we reserve the right to charge for any damage or final cleaning that may be necessary.

Consideration for Other Guests

Please note we ask that you behave considerately in the Murrmel Apartments at all times – even after the best après-ski – and that you are respectful to the other guests and our staff. In the event of misconduct, we will cancel the accommodation contract without a refund and ask you to leave immediately. We thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to working together harmoniously!

No Smoking

We are a non-smoking property – all public and private areas in the Murrmel Apartments and in the apartment house are non-smoking.
